Non-returnable Items: Items like personalized, opened, or used products cannot be returned. Please ensure items are in their original condition with tags intact for return eligibility.
Restocking Fee: Some returned items may be subject to a restocking fee, which will be detailed upon return request.
Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after receiving the returned items.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will offer a full refund or replacement upon receiving photos or videos of the damage within 30 days.
If you’d like to exchange an item, please initiate the request within 30 days from the delivery date, ensuring the product is unused and in original packaging.
Orders can be canceled for a full refund before shipment. After shipment, cancellations are not possible, but returns will be accepted within the standard return window.

If your order lacks tracking updates or remains pending for 60 days after leaving our warehouse, we’ll classify it as delayed and provide appropriate assistance.
Note: Sometimes, the order had arrived at the nearest post office to the buyer and make it pending because of insufficient address, package unclaimed, no such number, etc. It will be much more convenient for clients to contact local post office or go to the post office for delivery.
Due to such conditions as national realities, phone numbers, and religious beliefs in Israel, packages will be normally delivered to self pick-up cabinets, which may lead to packages being long overdue. Therefore, it will be much more convenient for clients to contact the local post office or go to the post office for delivery.
Sometimes, local tracking numbers may show a sign for delivery, but the end customer claims that the package has not been received. In such cases, we will spare no effort to verify the real situation, which could be a long process (1-2 months), but there is no guarantee that of a positive result.

1. Missing Package:
If you haven’t received your package despite delivery confirmation, a certified non-delivery statement from your local post office with an official seal is required.
2. Tracking Alerts:
Tracking status marked as ‘Alert’ may indicate issues such as:
(a) Incorrect or insufficient address (b) Unknown recipient or no such number (c) Refusal to accept delivery (d) Delayed pickup by recipient (f) No safe delivery location (g) Uncleared customs (h) Other unforeseen circumstances
Each case will be reviewed carefully to ensure the best resolution for our customers.
Notes: The local distributor will deliver 1-3 times according to the actual situation. If it is still unclaimed during the delivery period, it will be returned to the local post office for storage in 3-7 days. Meanwhile, need to pick up the package by themselves. Otherwise, the product will be returned to the sender, our logistics company. During the return, we are not liable for any loss of products during transit.
If the logistics company returns the products to our warehouse, they will be added to our inventory. However, refunds will not be issued for returned items upon their receipt.
We cannot provide a refund or resend if undelivered orders or packages are damaged or destroyed by logistics companies and remain unprocessed.
We offer a full refund or replacement for packages that arrive severely damaged. For packages with minor damage (e.g., thread issues, slight wrinkles, small scratches), we provide a partial refund or replacement as appropriate.

KeepGadgets carefully inspects products before shipping and addresses issues with incorrect or missing items as follows:
(a) For incorrect items, we offer a refund or replacement. (b) For items with the wrong color or size (not affecting function), we require a clear complaint screenshot (with name, content, and date) to process a refund or resend. (c) For missing parts, we refund or resend if functionality isn’t impacted; otherwise, the full product is replaced. (d) Missing accessories are resent.

For order cancellations, Keep Gadgets provides a full refund if the products have not yet been processed by the warehouse.
(a) Once payment is made, customized POD (Print-On-Demand) orders cannot be canceled. (b) Preorder inventory items cannot be canceled after payment as they are specially reserved for you. (c) Orders for videos and photos cannot be canceled after payment, as Keep Gadgets begins preparing them immediately upon receipt of payment.
